Solo Exhibition

CURRENT EVENTS, through bold color, abstract form, and graffiti-inspired marks, CEZZARTT brings raw emotion and lived experience to the canvas.

From pieces born of personal injury to works like LA, Hope is Here—featured in LA Magazine to raise funds for wildfire relief—Current Events reveals the artist’s world in motion. His art spans protest, performance, and perseverance, using diverse materials and techniques to tell stories that words cannot.

VIVA LAS ARTTS, curated by CEZZARTT in Las Vegas, stood as a powerful creative bridge uniting Inland Empire and Las Vegas artists to celebrate shared culture and collective expression through community‑driven art.

Participating artists included:

Between The Frame Exhibition

Between the Frame, curated by CEZZARTT at the dA Center for the Arts in Pomona, was created to spotlight the power of collaboration and showcase how artists can transform shared creative energy into something larger than themselves. The exhibition served the Pomona community by opening a space where local voices, diverse perspectives, and collective artistry could come together to strengthen cultural connection and inspire new creative momentum.

VIEW ARTISTS PROFILE
This July, our exhibition will showcase the unique talents of street artist and musician CEZZARTT. CEZZARTT’s art is a celebration of various artists and styles, resulting in a dynamic and multifaceted body of work. His pieces are primarily abstract and incorporate elements of geometric and cubist art, as well as surrealism, contemporary, and modern styles.

One of the most striking aspects of CEZZARTT’s art is his ability to constantly reinvent himself through different stages of art styles. This evolution is evident in his work, which displays a range of techniques and approaches. Visitors to the exhibition can expect to see a diverse collection of pieces that reflect CEZZARTT’s creative journey and his commitment to exploring new forms of artistic expression.

CEZZARTT’s music is also an important part of his artistic practice, and he often incorporates sound and music into his installations and performances. This interdisciplinary approach adds another layer of complexity to his work and creates a truly immersive experience for viewers.

In summary, our July exhibition will be a celebration of the multifaceted works of CEZZARTT, a talented street artist and musician whose art is constantly evolving and reinventing itself. Visitors will be treated to a diverse collection of pieces that reflect CEZZARTT’s commitment to exploration and his ability to draw inspiration from a range of artists and styles.

Group Exhibition: January 7, 2023–June 4, 2023

At The Cheech Center

Life Logistics features the work of more than 20 local artists that is focused on the themes of economic security, environmental justice, worker exploitation, and tighter regulations on the logistics-industry presence in the area. The group exhibition is on view in the Altura Credit Union Community Gallery at The Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art & Culture of Riverside Art Museum through Sunday, June 4, 2023.

The artworks on view consist of digital illustrations, photographs, mixed-media works and installations, serigraphs, and woodcut prints. It is co-curated by Eric Servin and Jorge Osvaldo Heredia of the San Bernardino-based Garcia Center for the Arts.

Through grassroots activism and community engagement, the artists seek to change the narrative and outlook of the region. Whether by cultivating symbiotic relationships with local government, creating community gardens and safe artistic spaces, or developing inclusive and empathetic language, they’re want to build healthier neighborhoods and shape solutions to an increasingly complex and inequitable world.

Featured artists include Cesar Aguiar aka CEZZARTT, Adam Aguilar, Brenda Angel, A’Kailah Byrd-Greene, Olivia Flores, César García Gutiérrez, Ness Ilene Garza, Priestly Henry, Duan Kellum, Jay McCrary, Alcira Mendoza, Willis Salomon, Toni Sánchez, Michael Segura, Sadie Scott, Andrew K. Thompson, Sarah Vázquez, Anthony Victoria, Joe Ded (Walsh), and Phil Yeh. In addition, nine other artists in the Gráfica Nocturna collective worked with César García Gutiérrez on his work, including Adam Aguilar, Brenda Angel, Briar Rosa, Jorge Osvaldo Heredia, L. Akinyl, Samuel Armando, Castro Marrón, Sarah Vázquez, Yulissa Mendoza.

As a community arts space, the Garcia Center for the Arts strives to foster collaboration and creativity. Housed in an historic adobe building in the heart of San Bernardino that was built in 1935 as a fire station, the center now hosts gallery exhibitions and classes in ceramics and screen printing, as well as serving as a venue for concerts and performances. The center is home to a number of cultural organizations such as the San Bernardino Symphony, the Arts Council of San Bernardino County (Arts Connection), and The Young S.A.M.O.A. community group.
